Why can't this be made to work with prepaid Visa cards? What makes them so different from prepaid Steam cards (which I don't have access to)?!?!?! I recognize this is a disjointed rant, but Valve needs to realize that they don't need to be everyone's nanny and make them wait 7 days to do anything worth doing with these cards.

It's probably best to add Steam Wallet with it, so that you don't end up with a few pennies on the card.
